Shipping policy
Oxselle manufactures and ships gloves internationally, with most of our orders going to cold-climate markets including Germany, Canada, the USA, Norway, and similar regions where our insulated designs are built to perform.
Production before shipping
Because every order is manufactured after it's placed, there is a production period before anything ships. Once your payment is confirmed, our team will give you a predictive completion date based on your order quantity and our current workload. We'll keep you updated if that estimate changes.
Shipping methods
Once your order is manufactured, we ship via your preferred method:
- Air freight: faster delivery, higher cost, best for smaller or time-sensitive orders.
- Sea freight / courier more economical for larger wholesale quantities, with a longer transit time.
We'll confirm available carriers, estimated transit time, and cost for your specific order and destination before shipping.
Shipping costs
Shipping is paid by the client and is separate from the product cost. The exact cost depends on the shipping method chosen, destination, and order size/weight, and will be confirmed with you before dispatch.
Customs, duties & import charges
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the client and we recommend checking with your local authority for an estimate before ordering.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll provide tracking details so you can follow your shipment to its destination.
