Overview
Welcome to Oxselle. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Oxselle. Oxselle is a made-to-order manufacturer of motorcycle gloves, leather gloves, fashion gloves, and working gloves, built primarily for cold-weather use. We do not operate a retail outlet and do not sell single pieces from stock — every order is manufactured after it is placed. By visiting, interacting with, or placing an order through our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our Services.

Section 1: Our Business Model
Oxselle manufactures gloves exclusively against confirmed orders. We do not hold finished inventory or sell individual pieces at retail. Our primary business is wholesale/bulk orders, though we also accept smaller custom orders at our discretion. We offer:

• Custom design orders — where you provide your own design, specifications, sizing, or branding requirements.
• Standard/catalog designs — a set of designs we offer for clients who prefer not to submit a fully custom design.

Most orders are exported internationally, with clients frequently located in Germany, Canada, the USA, Norway, and other cold-climate regions.

Section 2: Materials
Our gloves are primarily manufactured using cow leather and lamb leather. For select orders, we can use a leather type suggested or supplied by the client, subject to our review and confirmation of feasibility. Any client-supplied or client-specified material must be confirmed with us in writing before production begins.

Section 3: Orders & Payment
Placing an order is a request to purchase; it is not confirmed until full payment is received. Full payment is required upfront to confirm any order — production does not begin until payment has been received in full. Once payment is received, your order is considered confirmed. Our team will provide a predictive completion date based on the order quantity and our current workload; this date is an estimate and may shift depending on production circumstances. You are responsible for ensuring that all order details — design files, quantities, sizing, and material specifications — are correct before submitting payment, as production begins promptly after confirmation.

Section 4: Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or modified free of charge only before payment is received. Once payment has been made and the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, as our team begins manufacturing immediately. Please see our Refund Policy for more detail.

Section 5: Shipping & Delivery
After manufacturing is complete, orders are shipped using the client's preferred method — by air or by sea freight/courier — depending on the client's timeline and budget. Shipping costs are paid by the client and are separate from the product cost. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details, including customs and import responsibilities. Delivery timelines are estimates; we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or other events outside our control.

Section 6: Returns & Refunds
Because every item is manufactured specifically for your order and we hold no resale stock, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please see our Refund Policy for details on manufacturing defects and how they are handled.

Section 7: Custom Designs & Intellectual Property
If you provide us with a custom design, logo, or artwork for your order, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and reproduce that material, and that it does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of designs you provide to us; we use them solely to manufacture your order. Oxselle's own catalog designs, branding, and website content remain the property of Oxselle and may not be reproduced without permission.

Section 8: Product Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately represent our products, materials, and designs. Minor variations in leather texture, color, or finish are natural characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects. Product descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice.

Section 9: Prohibited Uses
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and not to: violate any applicable law; infringe our intellectual property or that of others; submit design files you do not have rights to use; or interfere with the security or operation of our Services.

Section 10: Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Our Services and products are provided "as is." Except as expressly stated in our policies, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oxselle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
